They provide all kind of Chinese cuisines, such as Cantonese cuisine, Chiuchow Cuisine and Western Cuisines etc. The restaurants are all magnificently decorated and can accommodate 1600 guests to dine together. Many experienced chiefs with superb techniques gather here, who have been invited several times to go abroad to participate in cooking performance. Among them, Chief Chef Pan Tong is praised as "Oriental Magic Chief". So it is a pity to miss the food especially the morning tea in the hotel.

The western restaurant lies on the second floor of the Baiyun Building. The wall sculptures Stainless steel, and the six large column of white marble, contrasting a large and magnificent painting make the restaurant grand and beautiful place to dine in. There is an in-room garden in the west. You can see fish swimming in the man-made river and stream crossing under a delicate bridge. And the calligraphy by the autograph of the vice chairman of China Calligraphy Association. Delicious steaks are served in the restaurant together with seafood and other tasteful food.
