They provide all kind of Chinese cuisines, such as Cantonese cuisine, Chiuchow Cuisine and Western Cuisines etc. The restaurants are all magnificently decorated and can accommodate 1600 guests to dine together. Many experienced chiefs with superb techniques gather here, who have been invited several times to go abroad to participate in cooking performance. Bihai restaurant is located on the first floor of Bihai building, which lies in the north of the hotel and features Chinese traditional style. In recent decades, many officials, celebrities and gifted scholar had their banquet in Bihai restaurant together. On the banquet, gifted scholars drinking wine and composed poem, beautiful ladies playing their musical instrument, combining the beautiful landscape outside building make it a beautiful hand scroll of painting. After renewed, it features rooms varying in style and serves original Cantonese cuisines.
